A scent to start your mornings with calmness, reflection, introspection, zen.
A scent that wakes you up, yet gears your mind into peacefulness, and starting the day slowly.
Not a fragrance to please others, nor to attract attention & compliments.
Dhuha is for you to enjoy and appreciate, attempt to understand. The perfume, and yourself.
Revitalizing & Grounding.
Upon initial spray, you will be greeted by medicinal cooling notes from copaiba & elemi resins, along with nuances of blackcurrant,yellow champaca and rose damascena (just a touch), which accommpanies you throughout the first 30 mins or so.
The backbone consist of labdanum, benzoin, vanilla planifolia extract, earthy roots and woods, myrrh, and a combination of 4 oud oils from various regions. Do note that 3 out of the 4 ouds here are fermented distillation ouds :)
Indian, Burmese, Thai, & Malaysian.
We decided on fermented ouds this time, to break away from our usual style, and provide a more grounding and meditational kick, especially to oud veterans that love the occasional funk.
To seasoned noses, the oud in this blend is not overly funky,rather it adds texture and depth. But to noses sensitive to funky fermented ouds,you will definitely notice it, even from the initial spray.
Dhuha is one our projects that we made not for mass distribution, but as a sign of appreciation to the oud collectors and enthusiasts. A one off release, less than 10 bottles made.
